What you will do

• Understand critical user journeys of target user segments and improve their experience.
• Lead full-stack implementation, from front-end to back-end and the model, to deliver high-quality products.
• Collaborate with researchers to apply cutting-edge AI improvements to the app.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify headroom for user journeys and implement solutions to improve quality.
• Work with model development teams to enhance and refine model performance.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on software engineering projects from prototype to production.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Proven experience programming in Java, C++, or Python in production environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and a shipping mindset.

• Strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with ML, especially LLMs.
