What you will do
- Listen to and respond to consumer comments and questions in the brand tone to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Track trends and community conversations to identify opportunities for brand engagement.
- Write copy for organic and paid content, collaborating with content creators.
- Champion platform best practices across all content developed.
- Plan and create social content calendars and present content ideas to clients.
- Track and report on content performance and social analytics.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing through social media in an agency or client-side role.
- Creative flair with excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Nuanced knowledge of social platforms and how brands can leverage them.
- Keen interest in digital trends and popular culture.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Must be able to work in the office 3 days per week
