What you will do

  • Be part of the global management team, directly influencing the decisions driving our unique corporate culture.
  • Manage and mentor local HR teams, establishing global best practices.
  • Initiate improvements of our core HR processes and build our talent development programme.
  • Build and foster strong partnerships with our business experts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Travel occasionally to our offices abroad.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or another relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a proven ability to deliver at a senior level; IT or (re)insurance experience is a strong plus.
  • A track record across the full scope of HR, including recruiting, compensation, performance reviews, team structure optimisation, talent management, and career plan development.
  • Hands-on with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong identification with the principles of an owner-operated company, where trust, accountability, and long-term commitment guide every decision.
  • English: C1+ required
