What you will do

• Partner with data teams and collaborate with Product and Engineering to define technical requirements for data products.
• Define detailed specifications for DevOps tickets and facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs.
• Document business processes, data flows, and system interactions to support solution design.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development of KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and impact.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and data strategy through continuous engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused environment.
• Solid understanding of data principles, including data quality, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, and data governance principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work from London
