Focus on identifying the right partners, building trust-based relationships, and turning those relationships into consistent referrals and closed revenue.

Location: Fully Remote (Europe preferred)

hirify.global is building one of the highest-leverage retention marketing teams in the ecommerce ecosystem, running lifecycle marketing for fast-growing health, wellness, beauty, and subscription brands.

What you will do

  • Generate net-new and cross-sell pipeline through tech and agency partners.
  • Own partner relationships end-to-end, proactively nurturing existing partners and identifying new high-quality ones.
  • Execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives with partners, focusing on leads, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Represent hirify.global at relevant ecosystem events and build credibility within the DTC, SaaS, and agency ecosystem.
  • Keep CRM updated, track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and outcomes weekly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience generating pipeline through partnerships, ecosystems, or alliances.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with revenue ownership.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and follow through consistently.
  • Clear, professional communication (written and verbal).
  • Experience in SaaS, agency, ecommerce, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • English: B2+ required

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships in the DTC, SaaS, or agency ecosystem.
  • Experience running co-marketing or referral programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
