Location: Hybrid in London, Old Street. Required 2 days in office.

What you will do

• Provide support to multiple teams across the business function.
• Build new and manage existing Azure services and resources, focusing on performance, security, scalability, and resiliency.
• Proactively support Platform services and tooling including TeamCity, Octopus, and Azure DevOps.
• Create and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
• Advise internal teams on infrastructure best practices (HA), container orchestration, monitoring, and cloud security.
• Help evolve CI/CD processes to include code quality testing, security scanning, load testing, and infrastructure validations.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Cloud/DevOps roles with experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Go).
• Skilled in CI/CD tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps), containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experienced in building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and developer productivity tooling.
• Familiar with observability, alerting, and incident management (DataDog, Grafana).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor others and influence cross-team engineering culture.
