What you will do

• Design and maintain data models to track departmental KPIs, providing leadership with real-time operational and commercial health insights.
• Identify and analyse trends within current infrastructure to support rapid geographical and volume expansion.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into patient journeys to increase conversion rates and reduce friction across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with the commercial team to ensure AI tools are optimised for customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
• Provide statistical rigor to validate the ROI of new tools, prompt iterations, and workflow changes.
• Translate technical metrics into clear strategic recommendations that balance operational efficiency with bottom-line growth.

Requirements

• Proven Expert: 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically supporting Operations, Logistics, or Product-led teams.
• Technical Master: Advanced SQL skills and experience building robust data models within modern BI stacks like Looker or dbt.
• Operational Intuition: Ability to identify where time or resources are being wasted through data analysis.
• Strategic Communicator: Ability to explain technical performance and its broader commercial impact to executive leadership.
