What you will do

  • Deliver value-adding analytics to highlight improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and reduce risk.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes for gathering and integrating workload and operational data.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, providing insight that supports continuous improvement.
  • Integrate multiple data sources to build comprehensive views of performance and operational health.
  • Provide clear, actionable insight that promotes growth and enhances visibility of organisational performance.
  • Champion best-practice use of MI tools and work management systems across operational areas.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and broader insight or data-visualisation platforms.
  • Experience working in a technically demanding environment, ideally within Financial Services.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive data responsibly.
  • Skilled in converting analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
