What you will do

• Build end-to-end test strategies for complex workflows.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define test roadmaps, metrics/KPIs, and continuously improve them.
• Prioritize what to test when timelines are tight and leveraging data to drive coverage decisions.
• Build automation into nightly/regression suites using CI/CD pipelines.
• Translate technical test results into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software testing experience, including hands-on work in both manual and automated frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cucumber).
• Proven track record building end-to-end test strategies for complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience with legacy mainframe systems.
• Experience defining test roadmaps, metrics/KPIs and continuously improving them.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps).
• Expert in Playwright for UI automation and Insomnia for API testing.
