What you will do
- Lead QAE team execution, planning, and professional development while managing shifting priorities.
- Serve as the primary QAE contributor and contact for assigned projects.
- Guide test strategy, planning, and review decisions, upholding QAE excellence within the tech stack.
- Actively participate in Sev-1 and Sev-2 incident war rooms, leading root cause analysis.
- Translate business and customer needs into actionable, testable requirements and advocate for automation framework extensions.
- Drive innovation in QAE processes, own test quality, and ensure strong collaboration across functional areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of industry experience in software quality assurance.
- Coaching or team guidance experience.
- Experience with Test Case Management software (Zephyr Scale) and JIRA.
- Experience with automation using Playwright.
- Must comply with EEO laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other relevant regulations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA privacy laws.
- Experience working with a Software as a Service (SaaS) development team.
