What you will do

• Perform in-depth analyses of consumer metrics (Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost, churn rates, cohort performance) using SQL and statistical methods.
• Develop forecasting models for subscriber growth, revenue projections, and market penetration.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to evaluate elasticity and competitive pricing, recommending optimizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into growth strategies.
• Identify data gaps and work with engineering teams to improve data collection for consumer use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, market research, or growth operations.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and creating/managing dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• 1+ years of experience leading projects.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158 to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
