What you will do

• Determine business goals and support roadmap/strategy for Salesforce and Genesys platforms.
• Partner with leadership and cross-enterprise teams on engagement strategy execution.
• Define product features and capabilities to meet current and future customer and advisor needs.
• Align on priorities, timing, and scope, and develop business requirements.
• Remove obstacles, assess risks, and support key project decisions.
• Ensure business readiness for smooth transitions with minimal service impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years equivalent work experience in business consulting or project management.
• 5+ years in a leadership, business consultant, or project management role.
• Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Strong project leadership, analytical skills, agility, resilience, and clear communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working with various project delivery models (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
