What you will do

• Own delivery of high-stakes AI Agent projects with clients.
• Build LLM-powered Agentic workflows at scale.
• Interact with customers to understand needs and define AI strategy.
• Implement real-world AI solutions to drive business value for customers.
• Travel for field work and onsite deployments (up to 50% or more).

Requirements

• Experience building solutions with LLMs and understanding of the Gen AI landscape.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition).
• Strong engineering background (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Willingness to travel for field work/onsite deployments.
• Strong and empathetic communication skills to translate technology value to stakeholders.
