What you will do
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, and on-time delivery, monitoring performance for improvement.
- Assist leadership in developing operational strategies aligned with business goals and support budgeting and resource allocation.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate operational staff, facilitating collaboration across different work streams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality, handling operational issues, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years in operations and team management.
- MBA in Operations Management or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in process improvement, workflow optimization, and project management.
- Experience managing operations for large pharmaceutical clients.
- Experience in digital marketing operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Adequate understanding of the Pharma industry.
- English: B2 required.
