What you will do

• Influence and architect transition solutions for large bids, collaborating with bid teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of transition projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality.
• Ensure seamless support transition from project to Hypercare and BAU phases.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and handle escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and enhance methodologies.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of total experience managing large, complex IT transitions.
• Strong background in transition solutioning and proposal contribution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills across senior levels.
• Mandatory ITIL v3 certification.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage teams and drive outcomes.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge or certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile.
