What you will do

• Own the delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through release across Mainsail modules.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal delivery, and engineering teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across all active delivery projects.
• Translate client business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with Mainsail’s configurable architecture.
• Drive adoption of tools and best practices for project tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements typical in life sciences.

Requirements

• 7+ years in technical delivery or software development, with at least 2–3 years as Delivery Manager or equivalent.
• Strong background in Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server).
• Experience in SaaS product delivery, ideally in the life sciences or healthcare domain.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
