What you will do

• Provide end-to-end governance for a large Fixed-Price RUN portfolio, ensuring timely service delivery and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Act as the primary leader for customer and internal RUN delivery stakeholders, managing expectations and escalations.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level governance reports showcasing value adds, risks, issues, performance, and service trends.
• Identify and drive continuous service improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities and permanent fix solutions.
• Manage risks, issues, and quality deviations while ensuring strong customer relationships and high service performance.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 14-16 Years leading large-scale RUN/AMS service portfolios (200+ applications, multi-million revenue).
• Strong expertise in Service Delivery Management, SLA governance, and customer satisfaction management.
• Ability to lead and mentor RUN SDMs and Delivery Teams, ensuring performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting (CIO-level governance).
• English: B2 required with strong communication skills.
