What you will do

• Manage full SAP project lifecycle—from planning and design through deployment and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Oversee AMS delivery operations, ensuring effective incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure high‑quality technical delivery across SAP systems, maintaining service availability and performance.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues, ensuring projects remain on track financially and operationally.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, leading governance communication, and driving escalation resolution.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing end‑to‑end SAP project lifecycles, including design, build, testing, and post‑go‑live.
• Proven background in delivering SAP AMS (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Ability to oversee technical delivery across SAP landscapes, ensuring performance and service stability.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting for SAP programs.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management capabilities, including escalation handling and communication.
