What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Databricks and Airflow pipelines with automated monitoring for health, data quality, and dashboard freshness.
• Implement CI/CD and test automation for dashboards and reporting releases to ensure secure, compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with data scientists and squads to define requirements and support model explainability and performance monitoring.
• Engineer datasets that represent core model outputs and unlock reliable reporting for Themis stakeholders.
• Migrate legacy reporting pipelines to a simplified, scalable architecture that lowers the cost of insights.
• Deliver real-time dashboards that are easy to interpret and drive better transaction monitoring decisions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Databricks, Airflow, and distributed data processing with Python/PySpark.
• Experience building analytical dashboards and translating business metrics into data‑driven insights.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing for data and BI deliveries.
