Salary: €95,928–€115,200 per year, plus bonus up to €130,200 total package

What you will do

• Guide strategic clients through critical cloud transformations, making full use of AI capabilities.
• Design and execute migrations of business-critical applications into AWS.
• Build event-driven architectures with Kafka, service buses, and Lambdas for real-time processes.
• Create cloud-native infrastructure with Kubernetes, containers, networking, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Help define technical standards, reference architectures, and offerings for a new cloud unit within the organization.
• Organize knowledge sessions and trainings to build a knowledge-driven engineering community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Several years of deep AWS expertise.
• Experience designing and migrating cloud infrastructure from on-prem to AWS.
• Strong in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, and scalable platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, logging, and automation.
• Awareness of security and compliance standards.
• Consultancy mindset: communicative, client-oriented, pragmatic, and an entrepreneurial pioneer.
