What you will do

• Keep the platform healthy, stable, and scalable using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, design scalable infrastructure patterns, and enhance observability.
• Mature the organization by establishing better standards, improving consistency, and replacing legacy patterns.
• Collaborate with data and software engineers, supporting product teams with infrastructure needs.
• Help split monolithic patterns into more isolated and secure setups.
• Champion internal tooling, reusable libraries, and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong experience with public cloud, AWS is a big plus.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code patterns.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (cluster operations, manifests, Helm).
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar.
• Experience with observability tooling such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or OpenTelemetry.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and distributed systems.
• Ability to script in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
