What you will do

• Lead architectural decisions for infrastructure and drive platform transition for future growth.
• Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation standards.
• Take personal responsibility for infrastructure stability and lead post-mortems for improvements.
• Mentor junior/medior colleagues and foster a culture of reliability and automation.
• Drive service reliability by implementing advanced observability and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with Python and Bash.
• Proven track record of architecting and managing infrastructure-as-code using Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform.
• Professional experience with cloud platforms like OpenStack and AWS.
• Strong, hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Deep, practical knowledge of servers and Linux, clusters, domain registration, and SSL.
• Great communication skills (English required) and willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with C, Golang, or Rust.
• Experience with Apache libcloud or building/distributing software packages.
• Knowledge of Scrum or experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento.
