What you will do

• Execute technical discovery to understand client needs and identify opportunities.
• Guide and support customers in deploying AI models and products into their infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal production setup, from GPU stack to front-end interfaces.
• Liaise with product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
• Define and track success metrics for customer POCs and operate as a program leader.
• Develop custom features for customers as needed.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Cloud Solution Architect.
• Experience with deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
• Fluent in Python.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure.
• Experience in a customer facing role with strong project & stakeholder management skills.
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science.
• Work format: On-site in Paris, London, Amsterdam, or Munich.
• Travel: Approximately 30-60% required.
• Visa sponsorship is available for France, UK, and Germany.
