What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver new software features across the hirify.global tech stack.
• Generate ideas for technical design problems, compare options, and propose solutions.
• Build modular, composable, and interoperable platform components for precision health data storage and processing.
• Develop using industry-standard tools including GitHub, Google Cloud, Go, React, Docker, and Terraform.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience with Go.
• At least 5 years experience as a software engineer in an industry setting.
• Expertise in building software and systems on any of: GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).
• Clear written communication, especially in design and architecture documents.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in Canada.

Nice to have

• Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR.
• Data pipeline experience.
• Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with Terraform and BigQuery (or similar).
