What you will do

• Analyze data integrity issues using SQL, logs, and code for root cause identification and remediation.
• Build efficient, performant, scalable, secure backend services and APIs with Node.js and AWS.
• Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders while gathering and presenting requirements.
• Participate in agile processes including stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and estimation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to solve user problems and iterate solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive project delivery from concept to deployment independently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Design scalable backend services/APIs with Node.js and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS)
• Query data stores (DynamoDB/RDS) and logs for error analysis, root cause, and fixes
• Agile methodologies, OOP principles, SOLID, OWASP, high-level design (UML/C4/ArchiMate)
• Experience building well-tested, enterprise-level scalable systems
• Mentoring engineers and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to have

• RESTful APIs, microservices, architectural/design patterns, ORMs, unit testing
• Frontend build tools, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
