Senior Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Engineer (Fintech): Designing, developing, and supporting ESG data and application solutions to power analytics and reporting with an accent on cloud-native architectures and AI integrations. Focus on building scalable microservices, LLM-powered APIs, and integrating ESG data for firm-wide decision-making.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to the Henley-on-Thames office (at least 4 days per week)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ESG technology applications and services.
• Build and support cloud-based, data-driven solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues following established procedures.
• Contribute to documentation, quality standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Experience with React, Springboot, or Python and modern application development.
• Proficiency in microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and Agile development.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services, including LLM and AI-powered APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Henley-on-Thames office at least 4 days a week.
