What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via emails, calls, and chats.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team and communicate with developers.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices and meet KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (C1 or higher), both spoken and written.
- 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
- Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, with strong system-handling skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft-based environments).
- Fast and accurate typing skills with confident multi-platform usage.
- Proven customer service communication skills, including objection handling and empathy.
- Personal computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) with a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
