What you will do

- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to share successes and lessons learned.
- Be available for evening or weekend shifts, with flexible scheduling options.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and a healthy dose of enthusiasm.
- Affinity for IT, with no prior knowledge necessary as training will be provided.
- Customer focus, unparalleled listening skills, and empathy.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Must be based in the Netherlands for hybrid work.
