Focus on understanding complex business objectives and proactively identifying strategic growth opportunities for Fortune 500 clients globally.

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Create value by managing customer business objectives tied to hirify.global solutions.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow senior executive relationships for accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop long-term strategic account plans.
  • Drive and track customer adoption of products and services.
  • Proactively identify strategic growth opportunities and measure/report customer health.
  • Negotiate complex renewal terms and resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
  • BA/BS degree in business/technology or comparable experience and 5+ years’ experience in customer success.
  • Extremely strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Mastery of organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proven results in driving customer health, satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Banks, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, FinTech, VC funds.
  • Knowledge of working in tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira.
