What you will do

  • Drive solution architecture and experience design for Agentforce-powered client solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and strategies.
  • Leverage Salesforce technologies like Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and Service Intelligence.
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical consulting or enterprise architecture, with 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
  • Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms (Agentforce) or Einstein Service Intelligence.
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
  • Comfortable using flow charting tools.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to create rich end-user experiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
