What you will do
- Own and deliver outcomes for high-impact strategic initiatives from design to measured results.
- Partner with engineering teams and end users to ensure designs meet requirements and provide scalable solutions.
- Deeply understand timelines, technical dependencies, and near-term business goals based on outcome understanding.
- Organize ambiguous ideas into detailed functional requirements, providing feedback on prioritization and criticality.
- Navigate fast-moving processes, recognize and advocate for best practices for long-term solutions.
- Own a product roadmap and effectively work with business stakeholders to refine priorities and communicate status.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product management or Salesforce Consulting experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and platform integration is required.
- Highly experienced enabling customer support and onboarding system improvements/initiatives.
- Strong advocate for simplicity and user experience.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex problems using a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business and technical languages.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial products (Billing, payment collection, or revenue processing) preferred.
