What you will do

• Own and deliver outcomes for high-impact strategic initiatives from design to measured results.
• Partner with engineering teams and end users to ensure designs meet requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Deeply understand timelines, technical dependencies, and near-term business goals based on outcome understanding.
• Organize ambiguous ideas into detailed functional requirements, providing feedback on prioritization and criticality.
• Navigate fast-moving processes, recognize and advocate for best practices for long-term solutions.
• Own a product roadmap and effectively work with business stakeholders to refine priorities and communicate status.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product management or Salesforce Consulting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and platform integration is required.
• Highly experienced enabling customer support and onboarding system improvements/initiatives.
• Strong advocate for simplicity and user experience.
• Demonstrated experience solving complex problems using a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business and technical languages.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial products (Billing, payment collection, or revenue processing) preferred.
