TL;DR

Planning Executive (Media): Supporting media planning and campaign management activities with an accent on learning media systems, tools, and reporting. Focus on developing a baseline of media knowledge, analyzing competitive and audience insights, and assisting with financial processes and client communication.

Location: Hybrid (London, United Kingdom). Teams are in the office around four days a week. Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.

What you will do

  • Develop foundational knowledge in media planning across various channels, including DE+I and carbon-conscious media.
  • Utilize and learn media systems and tools such as TGI, Pathmatics, Wavemaker Architect, and AdIntel.
  • Run and analyze reports, including competitive analysis and audience insights.
  • Assist with effective campaign management, updating schematics, providing media plans, and managing creative chasing.
  • Support financial processes including PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations, and queries.
  • Coordinate regular client and creative agency meetings and prepare necessary documentation.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK required.
  • Basic understanding and competence in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Curiosity and awareness of the media and marketing industry, including trends and challenges.
  • Ability to research wider industry information and summarize findings.
  • Desire to understand and learn about media planning.
  • Experience running simple tasks independently and packaging information for clients or teams.
