Location: Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. Responsible for social presence across German-speaking markets (Germany & Austria).

What you will do

• Own and manage hirify.global Bet DACH’s organic social channels, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand positioning.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content aligned to live sports moments, betting narratives and hirify.global programming.
• Activate key fixtures, tournaments and live events, translating “watch moments” into compliant “play moments”.
• Act as an on-camera presenter for hirify.global Bet DACH, appearing regularly in short-form video formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
• Script, film, edit and publish creator-style, mobile-first content with fast turnaround around live sport.
• Identify and execute influencer, creator and talent activations relevant to betting audiences.
• Monitor platform trends, audience behaviour and competitor activity to evolve content strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience managing social media channels, ideally within sports, media, entertainment or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of sports fandom and live-content consumption on social platforms.
• Proven ability to create fast-turnaround, reactive content in live environments.
• On-camera experience creating short-form social video with confident, authentic delivery.
• Hands-on filming and editing capability for mobile-first content (shooting, captions, basic audio/lighting).
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
