What you will do

• Define and own the local brand proposition and campaign strategy for Germany and Austria.
• Plan, develop, and execute creative, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive growth.
• Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, affiliates, social, display, and email.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI.
• Own the SEO strategy, partnering with content and technical teams to improve organic visibility.
• Use data, insights, and analytics to optimise campaigns, conversion, and personalisation.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within sports, entertainment, or gaming/betting.
• Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across acquisition and engagement funnels.
• Commercial focus with a passion for driving growth, ROI, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international, and matrixed environments.
