What you will do

• Design and ship high-performance backend services in Go and Java for millions of global users.
• Tackle complex logic behind global scheduling, focusing on millisecond precision and human variables.
• Optimize core platforms for massive concurrency and global distribution.
• Champion clean code and CI/CD excellence.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go and/or Java for shipping production-ready backend services.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and reactive systems.
• Must be based and have full work authorization in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or AWS.
