TL;DR

Customer IT Support Specialist: Managing and resolving technical issues for the company’s clients, ensuring user understanding with an accent on handling incoming incidents and identifying root causes. Focus on building and improving problem management and incident handling processes.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote, worldwide. Relocation support to Cyprus, Serbia, or Kazakhstan is available.

What you will do

  • Manage the incoming flow of incidents at the 1st level of IT support.
  • Find root causes of problems and organize their solution.
  • Build and improve incident handling and problem management processes.
  • Tune team processes and collaboration within the unit.
  • Communicate with other teams and partners.
  • Be responsible for the Foundation unit.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in IT support or process optimization.
  • Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles.
  • Experience with ITSM systems, SQL, and API principles.
  • Understanding of customer service principles, priorities, and goals.
  • Taking ownership and mentoring experience.
  • English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in FinTech or banking.
  • Experience building new processes and products from scratch.
