TL;DR

Technical Support Representative (Payments): Interacting with customers via phone and email daily, providing technical support for billing, chargeback, funding, and access questions on a credit card processing platform. Location: Hybrid, must live in Louisville, KY or the surrounding area, USA. US work authorization required, no visa sponsorship.

Salary: USD39,520–USD41,600 yearly

What you will do

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Provide technical support for billing, chargeback, funding, and access questions.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting and programming for credit card terminals and hardware.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow up on cases.
  • Work weekends, some overtime, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous call center or customer support experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • High initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Spanish: a plus.
