What you will do
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support for billing, chargeback, funding, and access questions.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and programming for credit card terminals and hardware.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and follow up on cases.
- Work weekends, some overtime, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous call center or customer support experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- High initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
- English: B2 required.
- Spanish: a plus.
