What you will do

• Own the full design process from discovery and concept to delivery across complex, multi-step workflows.
• Translate advanced technical concepts (e.g., pipelines, configuration, deployment) into clear, intuitive user flows.
• Design experiences that support operational needs like managing versions, environments, and lifecycle states.
• Engage with users and enterprise stakeholders to understand technical constraints and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers throughout discovery and delivery to align on design intent.
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that supports complex states and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a product designer working on complex B2B or SaaS products, ideally in developer tools, platforms, infrastructure, data, or AI.
• Strong usability instincts, skilled at simplifying complexity and designing clear workflows.
• Systems and operations mindset, thinking beyond individual screens to consider states, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Technical empathy, comfortable collaborating with engineers and understanding concepts like APIs, data flows, and versioning.
• Experience in shaping processes, patterns, and shared design logic beyond just visual artifacts.
• Skilled across research, flow design, interaction design, prototyping, and handoff.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products involving deployment models, configuration-heavy workflows, versioning, branching, low-code/no-code tools, or infrastructure/platform software.
• Background in developer platforms, open-source products, AI/ML software, or enterprise tooling with technically diverse user personas.
