What you will do

• Lead the full design process for your team, from discovery to polished delivery.
• Ship high-quality, visually cohesive designs that improve the overall UX.
• Run user interviews, usability tests, and research to inform product decisions.
• Design in systems, integrating solutions into the broader hirify.global platform.
• Influence planning, prioritization, and scope with a strong design perspective.
• Explore and adopt AI and automation tools to push the boundaries of design practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with demonstrable impact on shipped products.
• Proficiency across product design, UX, UI, and qualitative research.
• Effective collaboration with engineers and understanding of software building.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features in smaller teams or startups.
• Ability to operate at high speed in an MVP-driven environment, balancing quality and velocity.
• Outcome orientation, using research and metrics to inform decisions and deliver solutions tied to KPIs.
• Enthusiasm for AI and innovation, actively exploring new tools and approaches.

Nice to have

• Front-end fluency (HTML/CSS/JavaScript frameworks).
• Experience designing AI or automation products, or familiarity with hirify.global.
• Comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, or SQL to guide decisions.
