What you will do

• Design and simulate software-defined radio equipment for radar applications.
• Prepare subsystem specifications.
• Conduct and coordinate internal equipment development activities.
• Technically manage procurement contracts with external equipment suppliers.
• Provide independent technical assessments for project and customer reviews.
• Contribute to planning, coordination, and control of subsystem verification activities.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for project management.

Requirements

• University degree in telecommunications engineering, RF/microwave engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Professional experience in programmable logic (FPGAs).
• In-depth knowledge of SW-defined radio and radar systems, including constitutive building blocks and signal processing concepts.
• Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed teamwork and communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
