What you will do

• Define and deliver the enterprise-wide IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing IAM team.
• Architect and implement IAM solutions covering IAM, CIAM, and PAM.
• Own policies for MFA, privileged access, segregation of duties, and least privilege.
• Oversee identity lifecycle management for employees, partners, and customers.
• Ensure IAM controls meet regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Identity & Access Management.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, MFA, federation, and identity governance.
• Experience delivering IAM solutions across enterprise and customer-facing systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
