 Rafeeq is a fast-growing super-app in Qatar, combining food delivery, groceries, marketplace, taxi, and services into one seamless experience. As a Product Designer (Marketplace), you’ll shape how thousands of users discover, compare, and purchase products and services — from first tap to checkout and beyond.
 
 This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves solving complex UX problems at scale and turning them into clean, intuitive, and delightful mobile experiences.
 
 🛠 What You’ll Be Working On
 
 - Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals across Rafeeq’s marketplace ecosystem.
 - Collaborate with Product manager to analyze competitors, customer behavior, and local market specifics, translating insights into strong design decisions.
 - Participate in user research and usability testing — from problem discovery to solution validation.
 - Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile&web.
 - Ensure designs align with Rafeeq’s design system and brand, while actively contributing ideas to evolve and improve it.
 - Partner tightly with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect execution.
 - Review feature performance post-launch and iterate based on data, feedback, and business impact.
 - Contribute to Rafeeq’s growing design system, ensuring consistency across marketplace, delivery, and services.
 - Proactively suggest new ideas and UX improvements that shape the future of Rafeeq’s products.
 
 ✨ What You Bring to the Team
 
 - 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or multi-service apps.
 - Strong experience designing mobile applications, with solid knowledge of iOS and Android guidelines.
 - Advanced Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototypes, and design systems feel natural to you.
 - A strong UX mindset combined with a sharp eye for UI craft, details, and visual polish.
 - Experience with micro-interactions and motion (a big plus).
 - Comfortable working with user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to inform decisions.
 - Clear communicator who can explain design rationale, collaborate cross-functionally, and accept feedback constructively.
 - Organized, proactive, and improvement-driven — you spot problems and suggest solutions.
 - You enjoy staying hands-on in design rather than moving into people management.
 - Fluent English (B2+ or higher).
