Location: hirify.global Warsaw office - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office / week

What you will do

  • Identify high-potential business opportunities by analyzing market data to qualify and segment leads.
  • Take full accountability for data quality in assigned regions, identifying data gaps, eliminating duplicates, and ensuring the "sales map" is 100% accurate.
  • Support regional lead-sourcing projects by segmenting markets and prioritizing outreach.
  • Analyze company profiles and market trends to help answer questions about growing sectors and FX or lending opportunities.

Requirements

  • Natural ability to solve puzzles and a low tolerance for "dirty" data, enjoying finding patterns that others miss.
  • Excel power-user comfortable with Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
  • Ability to look at a company’s profile and see the business potential. Previous experience in a Sales, Business Development, or a commercial support role is a significant plus.
  • A "detective" by nature, ensuring every data point is accurate before it reaches the sales floor.
  • Eager to supplement commercial knowledge by learning tools like SQL or BigQuery.
