Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Tallinn, Estonia, or be locally based in Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Analyze Customer Value Proposition, customer behaviours, and advertising strategies to optimize hirify.global Food’s grocery offering.
• Partner with HQ and local teams to identify regional nuances, drive change, and scale global solutions.
• Use data to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to track performance and support decision-making.
• Work closely with commercial teams to drive initiatives that attract new partners and grow existing ones.
• Act as an owner of your analytical backlog, prioritising work for maximum business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics roles.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred).
• Solid SQL skills (able to read complex queries).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
