What you will do

• Ensure architectural integrity and scalability across all projects.
• Maintain high code quality through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of new projects (CI/CD, hosting).
• Implement and oversee security measures at code and hosting levels.
• Drive innovation, specifically focusing on AI-driven workflows and MCP.
• Manage technical aspects of A/B testing and data tracking.
• Conduct technical interviews and mentor developers.
• Proactively improve engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Node.js & Next.js expertise with 3+ years of intensive experience.
• Proven leadership with 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Solid experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Postgres and ORMs like Drizzle or Prisma.
• Proficiency in setting up and interpreting data from Mixpanel and Google Analytics, and running A/B tests.
• Strong knowledge of web security principles (OWASP, WAF).
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience in fine-tuning Web Vitals and optimizing backend latency.
• Experience building custom AI agents or complex RAG systems.
