Location: Must work on-site full-time at a hirify.global facility in Mossville, IL OR Irving, TX.

Salary: $159,120.00 - $258,570.00

What you will do

• Oversee a global team of Digital Product Owners and Regional Deployment Leads, ensuring alignment to product vision, business priorities, and enterprise outcomes.
• Guide the development and deployment of hirify.global’s Network Planning & Execution suite of digital products, enhancing end‑to‑end demand and supply alignment across the enterprise.
• Build, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap—accelerating capability delivery while meeting cost, quality, and timeline commitments.
• Partner closely with operations to monitor product performance, adoption, and value creation.
• Work with business process owners, procurement, supply chain leadership, and other stakeholders to position, promote, and scale digital capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Expert level decision making and critical thinking.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of digital product development and enterprise‑scale deployment.
• Proven experience leading global teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Must work on‑site full‑time at a hirify.global facility in Mossville, IL OR Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience and domain knowledge in supply planning, such as Material Requirements Planning (MRP or ERP) systems.
• APICS CSCP certification or similar.
