What you will do

  • Support hirify.global Health's revenue cycle payment products and champion innovation based on product vision.
  • Collaborate with Product Manager and cross-functional teams (development, QA, UX/UI) on product releases and impact reporting.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog balancing features, support, and technical debt.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product launches.
  • Ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • 2+ years' experience with healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years' experience with healthcare data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Epic.
  • Familiarity with payments in a hospital-based revenue cycle environment.
