What you will do

• Define and evolve the GEN AI product vision for Rental and Used Equipment, aligning with enterprise transformation goals.
• Drive prioritization of features such as dynamic pricing, predictive demand forecasting, and personalized customer recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and compliant AI solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of GEN AI solutions from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Champion user-centric design for dealer and customer-facing tools, enabling intuitive access to pricing insights and inventory optimization.
• Monitor solution performance, usage patterns, and feedback to ensure measurable impact on profitability and turnover.

Requirements

• Strong experience applying AI ethics and risk frameworks to guide decisions on solution behavior and model selection.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing change requests for AI configurations, model updates, and deployment protocols.
• Proven ability to lead development of AI solutions using modular architectures, ensuring flexibility and minimizing hallucinations.
• Deep understanding of the business impact of AI features on rental profitability and used equipment sales.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity in emerging AI technologies, balancing innovation with operational feasibility and compliance.
