What you will do
- Lead and onboard teams to achieve hirify.global's vision with high engineering standards.
- Identify and own end-to-end problem spaces, providing multi-quarter roadmaps and prioritizing effectively.
- Foster team growth and career advancement aligned with long-term vision and business needs.
- Comprehend business criticality, define, and own roadmap and project milestones, communicating effectively.
- Plan and lead IAM standard initiatives (OAuth2.0, OIDC, SCIM, SAML) and role engineering for RBAC.
- Empower seamless, secure customer onboarding by enabling broader integration areas of user and team management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience developing complex, distributed software applications at scale.
- 4+ years of experience in people management and building cohesive teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-orientation, with effective communication abilities.
- Experience collaborating and respectfully challenging other stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Good understanding of auth products, protocols, methods (OAuth, SAML, OIDC).
- Previous experience with User/Team management, role engineering, access control.
