Location: Remote (US - preferably in the Greater Seattle area)

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 USD/hour (Washington State)

What you will do

• Build complete PowerPoint presentations and reusable templates from scratch.
• Design structured slide patterns that can be consistently replicated by AI systems.
• Define typography, spacing, hierarchy, and layout rules for presentation systems.
• Evaluate AI-generated slides and correct visual, structural, and clarity issues.
• Rewrite and redesign weak slides into high-clarity visual communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve AI presentation output quality and perform detailed quality checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional visual or graphic design experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills — must be able to build full decks and templates from scratch.
• Demonstrated expertise in layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Proven experience creating multi-slide presentations and structured presentation templates.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint plus at least one major design tool (Figma or Adobe CC).
• Strong visual judgment, high design sensibility, strong proofreading, and detail-review habits.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating real PowerPoint decks, template systems, and before-and-after slide redesign examples.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of presentation or graphic design experience.
• Experience working with AI-generated content or model output evaluation.
• Experience building scalable design systems and accessibility/inclusive design.
